Return Home Hatha

This Hatha class is for anyone who is feeling disconnected and wants to ground back into their roots. The practice is grounded in breath & energy work and setting intentions to help establish a deeper connection with yourself. You will explore the depths of various postures while blending elements of breathing and movement to bring about renewal and revitalization. In this class you will learn how to reconnect with your mind, body and heart center from a place of gratitude and tranquility. We work with you to build subtle strength and flexibility which aims to leave you feeling spacious, peaceful and at ease.

All yogis are welcome to attend this class to feel grounded and centered once again.
