In Pilates gaat het om de diepe houdingspieren van het lichaam. We leren om met de juiste ademhaling en focus aan onze kracht en innerlijke balans te werken. We concentreren ons op bepaalde spiergroepen (buik, rug en benen). Door de intensiteit van de les met de focus op versterking en rekken van specifieke spieren creëren we een krachtig, maar ook soepel en dus ontspannen lichaam.

*In Pilates it is all about the body’s deep postural muscles. Through breathing techniques, we learn to work on our strength and inner balance. We concentrate on muscle groups such as the core, back and legs. Through the intensity of the class, with focus on strengthening and stretching of specific muscles, we create a strong yet flexible and relaxed body.

I continuously explore different types of movements and mindfulness practices so I blend bits and pieces from different styles. Coming from corporate background, I know how stressful and tense life and work environment can be. I use my experience both from my “corporate world” and my body work in order to help people, including myself. I very much work with intuition which I also emphasise during the class- listen to your body, it’s your temple and you know best what serves you the most at a given moment. While the classes can be challenging physically or mentally, there is always a portion of humour and joy to feel safe and encouraged. I am ready to help you feel great and nourish your inner balance and peace!

Cancellation conditions

In our studios we have a 12h cancellation policy. By cancellation less than 12h: - single class/class card; class will be used - memberships; will be noted as late cancel, after 3 late cancels you will not be able to reserve a class in the current month - if you experience Covid-19 symptons outside of this 12h window, call us to cancel your class! Important COVID-19 precautions - Stay home if you experience any symptoms of COVID-19 - Towel is Mandatory (no towel = no props) - Bring your own mat (strongly advised, not mandatory) - Bring your own blanket and sweater (windows are open) - Bring your own water - Come max 10min before class (not earlier!) and min 5min before class - Disinfect your hands upon entry of the studio - Keep 1,5m distance at all times - Mats are numbered. Stay on your mat - Changing rooms & lockers are closed (take as little as possible) - No physical adjustments - Clean your mat and props after use - Use the bathroom as less as possible
