Restorative Flow

This gentle form of yoga provides the body with an opportunity to renew and heal. Discover calm and peace as you move through a sequence of easy-to-follow postures, deep stretches, and conscious breathing. This class focuses on developing self-awareness while soothing the nervous system leaving a sense of nourishment, groundedness and clarity.

In the first part of class, you will be guided through a relaxing flow to wake up the body moving every joint to help release stagnant energy. Then we’ll move into a series of very gentle, calming restorative poses.

This class in open to all levels. Modifications will be offered to beginners and advanced practitioners to suit personal needs.
