If you have already been pole dancing for a while and if you master techniques like extended butterfly, brass monkey, shoulder mount, allegra and you’re able to combine tricks, you’re probably ready for pole intermediate. In these classes you’ll learn more power moves and longer combinations in static and spinning pole.
