Bei einigen Streaming Anbietern (z.B. Zoom) ist es möglich, dass sich Teilnehmer:innen gegenseitig sehen können. Es ist aber auch möglich die Kamerafunktion zu deaktivieren. Dein eingegebener Name kann während des Meetings angezeigt werden, du kannst aber auch nur deine Initialen angeben. Bitte beachte, dass je nach Studio oder Anbieter individuelle Regeln für die Online Teilnahme gelten können.

I came to yoga through a love of sport and fitness. While training at a fitness studio in 2001, I decided to hop on a yoga mat and see what it had to offer. I loved the dynamic flows & challenge of new postures, but found the heart of yoga and my true passion for it while spending one year practicing & exploring yoga in India in 2005. Originally trained as a Primary & ESL teacher, I decided to combine my love of teaching and yoga. I returned to Germany to complete both the 200 & 500 hour American Yoga Alliance teaching certification and 1000 hour IHK teaching qualification in 2009. Since then, I have been sharing the joy & balance yoga has brought to my life with a deep, playful practice aimed to uplift & empower body & mind. For me, yoga is a way to connect to self & develop skills to move through our lives & bodies with kindness, compassion, gratitude and most importantly, a smile.
