Thai Yoga Partner Massage

In this class we hold space for you to unwind and let go of all stresses and tensions through guided meditation and massage exchange.

During this class you will be lead through a series of dynamic & passive yoga stretches that work to increase flexibility and blood flow, in combination with acupressure that focuses on releasing tension and energy blockages in the body. All of which is given & received while remaining aware of our breath, allowing you to reconnect with your physical and subtle bodies and leaving you feeling rejuvenated, re-energized and ready to enjoy the weekend.

Whether you decide to come alone to the class or book together with someone you know, it is a wonderful way to connect, to give and receive a gift of compassion and experience the wonders that Nuad Bo Rarn - Thai Yoga Massage - has to offer.
