Our Prenatal + Postnatal Yoga / Pilates {All Women Welcome} class combines toning pilates mat work with deeply safe stretching & strengthening yoga postures to keep your body in good shape and your energy levels high. If you're missing your regular Power Pilates or Yoga practice then this class for you. A great workout in a safe, effective manner, fit for your body's changing needs.
