Live Stream, online Ashtanga Mysore class

90 minutes Mysore style Ashtanga class. Level: For Ashtanga students with a regular Mysore practice.

Follow the class from home using the zoom app. Get it at https://zoom.com before we start! The teacher will observe your practice during this session. It is not a guided class. Mysore style means everyone practices at their own pace.

You will find the link in your Eversports account 15 minutes before class. Please also fill in your email address here in Eversports so we can send the link to your email address as well if needed. Make sure to install yourself before your pc 10-5 minutes before class. Enjoy!

Participating in the Online Class How does it work in Eversports? After booking the class, in the menu 'My bookings' you will see a note for the online streaming for the corresponding class (make sure to download the most updated version of the app):

In the app you will find a button that informs you on which day and at which time the link to the online stream will be available. If the button is grey, it means that the online stream is not yet available. 15 minutes before the start of the class the button will turn green and the online class will be available. By clicking on the button you will be redirected to the corresponding online streaming page and you will be live! After successfully booking, on the studio's website you will find the link to the live stream under the tab 'My Bookings/Activities' for the corresponding activity.
