Relaxation Journey: Yoga Nidra & Sound

This dreamy class combines gentle movements with the practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep meditation) to release tension on physical mental and emotional levels leaving you feeling calm and clear. We start class with some soft movement to soothe the mind and prepare the body to relax. As we move on to the main part of the class we find a comfortable resting pose in savasana for the practice of Yoga Nidra. Letting the voice of the teacher guide you through your body, you will come to a state between wakefulness and dreaming. In this state of Nidra we can penetrate the subconscious mind, manifest intentions into reality and reach a state of profound relaxation.
