Pop Up Restore + Sound Meditation

Enjoy this wonderful collaboration of Restorative Yoga, Meditation and a beautiful array of both live and recorded Music, coming from various traditions. After we move from the restorative Yin, you will be guided through a sound bath using Crystal singing bowls tuned to different chakras, Tibetan bowls and an ensemble of various instruments will bring you into a restorative frequency, alongside the yogic postures and meditation practices. This is the perfect class for ultimate restoration of body + mind. 

Important - It’s recommended to wear comfortable clothing, if possible no zippers or jewellery. - If you are pregnant [or think you might be] or have any major health issues, it is important that you communicate this to the teacher.
