Baby + Me (Postnatal) Yoga / Pilates

• Designed for rebuilding strength, alignment, posture and tone in postpartum phase. • Pregnant women with an existing practice are welcome (however this class is stronger than our specifically prenatal-focused ‘Prenatal Postnatal’ classes). • Mamas can bring their babies to this class (no childcare needed) or attend solo. 

Our Baby + Me Yoga / Pilates class combines toning pilates mat work with deeply safe stretching & strengthening yoga postures to keep your body in good shape and your energy levels high. If you're missing your regular Power Pilates or Yoga practice then this class for you. A great workout in a safe, effective manner, fit for your body's changing needs.
