Hello, my name is Rosita! I am a certified Breath Coach and the Yoga Teacher. I believe that yoga has many benefits for our body and the mind. Why do I believe that? Because before I found yoga I had horrible mood swings and the eating disorder. But in 2013 I attended my first yoga class. After that my life changed because I was more in control of myself which also had a positive impact for people around me. With the time I discovered that yoga breathing is highly beneficial for our nervous system as well. That’s why all my classes start and end with the breathing exercises.
