Early Bird Flow

Lara began practicing yoga when she was physically injured, living overseas and could not understand what her teacher was saying in class, but enjoyed the creation of bodily awareness nonetheless. When she returned home, she realised there was a vastly deeper philosophical and spiritual meaning underlaying it, and became inspired in a time filled with personal doubts, and a lack of motivation and growth. Since taking her 200Hr Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga YTT in Goa, India, she has gained much self-awareness, self-love, gratitude and inner peace. This is something she wants to aid others in finding in themselves, while continuing to develop herself and her own yoga practise.
