This class involves a sequence of yoga postures and alignment techniques that strengthen back muscles and help attain a proper posture, preventing and resolving back problems. The class is specifically designed for people who spend long hours sitting in one position and are prone to lower back pain and stiffness.
Chloe has started her yoga journey since 2012. Having completed the 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training under the guidance of Master Yogananth Andiappan, who is known as a pillar of yogic wisdom, Chloe traveled to India with her Master for an intensive training on asanas and yogic therapy, a trip that totally transformed her life. She continued to explore the yoga scenes around the world and was trained in Australia and Israel. Chloe has completed Prenatal Yoga Training and Usui Reiki (Level 1 & 2). With an upbeat and cheerful personalities, Chloe aims to share her passion and knowledge of Yoga with her students; at the same time to empower them by showing that they are capable of more than they believe in a safe and injury-free way. Her teaching style is dynamic and playful yet therapeutic and rejuvenating which helps to strengthen the body, calm the mind and open the heart.

You must book your class in advance. Holding a payment option in your account does not guarantee you a space in class. You must arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time or your reserved place may be offered up to a waiting student. We recommend you attend at least 10 minutes before class if possible. Classes must be cancelled online or via our app no later than 4 hours before the class. If you have trouble with canceling online or via the app you must email us to cancel your class (this still must be done no later than 2 hours before). Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Missed bookings or late cancellations will be charged in full.
