Gently awaken your body and mind to a new day. You will discover how to unlock your breath into a more grounded state to start the day fresh, clear, and calm. This class will help you to release tension from your muscles and joints and anchor awareness into your body through the practice of Asanas (Poses) and Pranayama (BreathingTechniques) while leaving you feeling fluid and relaxed.
