This Vinyasa based yoga class will build up towards a strong flow, ending with a Yin yoga session. After warming up, your breath will guide you through the poses as the powerful sequence unwinds. To help your flow, and to ease your mind into the present moment each breath will coordinate each movement. During the yin yoga session poses will be held between 3-5min, allowing your body to feel more grounded and your mind in a meditative state. This strong and warm flowing yoga class is suitable for everyone.

More than 10 years ago, Asli started practicing yoga with the goal of introducing exercise into her lifestyle. Initially. She sought active styles of yoga, but gradually discovered the power of meditative poses. Yoga allows her to disconnect from the city life, and her work as a data scientist. At the same time, the mat is a place where she can take time for herself and just -be-, without too much to think about. To share her love for yoga with others, she completed the 200hrs Vinyasa Teaching Teacher training course at Yagoy in June 2022. Using the breath, you will flow through Asli’s Soul Flow classes and hopefully leave the mat with a sense of love and peace.
