Ashtanga Led class is a vigorous and dynamic practice. You will be guided by the teacher through the first half of the traditional sequence of postures from the Primary Series of the Astanga Vinyasa Yoga System, working slowly, steadily and with focus, so to increase strength, flexibility and concentration of the mind.
When Maithe stumbled upon a Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, she fell in love with the yogic and Ayurvedic way of life. Little by little she started implementing more and more of these aspects into her routine and she couldn’t help but being drawn back. Today, about six years later, she has finished 500 hours of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga training and loves to help guide others through their own, individual paths towards becoming their best selves.
