BTY ABS

BTY CLB provides all attendees with a 'follow the trainer,' beat-based workout. Get ready for a club setting with a stage, catwalk, light show and unique beats. During the training, you'll be using a booty band, kettlebells, and ankle weights. So get ready to get empowered and energized by BTY CLB's top-notch trainers and walk out the door with a burning BTY!

WE PLAY BY THESE RULES:

• Bring a towel! Towels are mandatory in our classes, so please put one over your mat!
• Please note that everyone needs to check-in for these classes at either the BTY CLB or at the TrainMore frontdesk.
• Arrive 10 minutes before class starts. After the class has started the doors will be closed and you can not enter the CLB anymore.
• You are able to cancel your class up to 12h in advance. Within 12h pre-class it is not possible to refund your Sparkle but you can still cancel and open up your spot for someone else.
