LET OP! Deze yogales is bedoeld voor zwangere vrouwen vanaf hun 14de week zwangerschap. Kom je voor het eerst? Zorg ervoor dat je minimaal 15 minuten voordat de les begint aanwezig bent. Tijdens de zwangerschap is het belangrijk lichaam en geest in balans te houden, in een korte tijd maken lichaam en geest namelijk een grote transformatie door. Zwangerschapsyoga biedt ondersteuning tijdens zwangerschap en voorbereiding op de bevalling. De lessen bestaan uit oefeningen die dit proces ondersteunen zoals zachte maar tegelijk ook krachtige yoga houdingen voor de opbouw van kracht en flexibiliteit, en meditatie, ademhalings- en ontspanningsoefeningen om balans tussen lichaam en geest te creëren, bewustzijn van je lichaam en ademhaling, ontspanning en vertrouwen. De lessen zijn opgezet om deze bijzondere transformatieve periode op alle niveaus te ondersteunen. In de lessen zal je vertrouwen in de natuurlijke krachten van je eigen lichaam toenemen en ga je beter voorbereid naar de geboorte van je kind.

*PAY ATTENTION! This yoga class is for pregnant women from their 14th week of pregnancy. Are you coming for the first time? Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before start of the class. During pregnancy it is important to keep body and mind in balance, in a short time body and mind run through a big transformation. Pregnancy yoga offers support during pregnancy and preparation for birth. The classes consist of exercises that support this process such as gentle but also powerful yoga postures for building strength and flexibility, and meditation, breathing and relaxation exercises to create balance between body and mind, awareness of your body and breathing, relaxation and trust. The classes are designed to support this special transformative period at all levels. During the classes, your confidence in the natural powers of your own body will increase and you will be better prepared for the birth of your child.

Cancellation conditions

In our studios we have a 12h cancellation policy. By cancellation less than 12h: - single class/class card; class will be used - memberships; will be noted as late cancel, after 3 late cancels you will not be able to reserve a class in the current month - if you experience Covid-19 symptons outside of this 12h window, call us to cancel your class! Important COVID-19 precautions Stay home if you experience any symptoms of COVID-19 Towel is Mandatory (no towel = no props) Bring your own mat (strongly advised, not mandatory) Bring your own blanket and sweater (windows are open) Bring your own water Come max 10min before class (not earlier!) and min 5min before class Disinfect your hands upon entry of the studio Keep 1,5m distance at all times Mats are numbered. Stay on your mat Changing rooms & lockers are closed (take as little as possible) No physical adjustments Clean your mat and props after use * Use the bathroom as less as possible
