Yoga became my path when I tried to incorporate meditation into my daily life and, it turned out to be very challenging. Meditation in the movement seemed to be a solution. The moment I tried that I knew it was the start of new me and a new life for me. Life with more acceptance, more self-love, more patience, and compassion. And with extra benefits as a healthier body and fewer spine problems. Now sharing this experience with others become my joy and blessing. I am constantly studying many aspects of yoga as I keep being amazed by the impact yoga can have on one’s life. My inspiration comes also from Ayurveda since it gave me a new perspective on yoga and helped to pay more attention to the differences in the needs of my body as they can change daily even. And Ayurveda reminds us how deep our connection to nature is and nature is my other love. I want my class to be a mindful experience of your own body, feeling how your body exists in particular shape so you can respond to the feedback. In my class, I invite students to understand what your body is trying to tell you, recognize habits of your mind, letting go what is not serving you anymore and accepting, loving yourself as you are.
