During this lesson the teacher will continue to work on strength and flexibility while developing further the combos and transitions in the air.

This lesson is for students that already have gone through the beginners A or practiced aerial silks for a couple of months.

In order to join we ask that you are familiar with the basics such as climbing on the silks, footlock and straddle.
