Pilates helps you to find balance in your body, creates a strong core and improves your body awareness.

Through Pilates we can learn not to judge our body from the outside, but to connect to the inside by realizing the power of tuning-in with our bodies and breath. In Pilates we focus on creating a healthy spine, strong supportive muscles which not only will help you walk taller and sit better but it supports you in any kind of movement, helping to find new depth, for example in your yoga practice.

I started out with Pilates after my pregnancy in 2019. I felt that moving does not feel the same anymore and being skinny again is not the ultimate goal. I wanted full recovery which had to start with recovering the CORE of my body.

Pilates helped me to return to my pre-baby hobbies and movement routine, and more importantly it helps me every day to live a fuller life with less prone to injuries, more mobility in my spine and a strong powerhouse in my belly.
