Our Relax and Flow class is ideal for those days when you want to slow down. This class includes a series of longer holds and more restorative postures. Ideal for both beginners and experienced yogis who appreciate a slower burn. There will be a focus on mindfulness and cultivating awareness of movement and breath at a steady pace.
