[Live Online] Sensual Dance

This class takes place online via live stream. Shortly before the beginning of your class you will receive a link to a Zoom meeting via email.

Please arrive in the Zoom meeting room at the regular start time of the class. Have everything that you need for the class ready. Make sure you are in a quiet space where you can focus and move.

Welcome to the embodied dance of your sensuality. No outer source, just you diving into the depths of you. We start the class with breath work and yoni yoga to get you into your body (pelvis), where your sensuality awaits you.. After creating this inner connection I will guide you through movements and techniques of floorwork and sensual dance. Leading into movement sequences or a choreo.
