AerialYoga Slow Flow

In the fast-paced city life, sometimes we just. need. to. slow. down. and chill out.

This class is all about finding harmony within yourself, working with your body and the aerial hammock to release tension and stress. This is a gentle and soothing form of Aerial Yoga, where the hammock hangs low to the ground and supports the body. It allows you to float and release mental and physical tension.

The support of the hammock and conscious breathing will help you restore your body to a harmonious state. We'll end the class with a relaxing massage and savasana.

What to wear: Please wear a comfortable t-shirt with (short) sleeves for hygiene and comfort.
