Vinyasa Flow

This balancing Vinyasa yoga class combines flow with moments of stillness. You will be guided through a series of poses that are designed to bring more harmony to your energetic system. Class starts with pranayama (breathing) exercises to feel more present and grounded. A short meditation is offered to create a sense of compassion and gratitude towards ourselves and others. We then proceed with a long warm up to awaken our body and explore Surya Namaskar (sun salutations), before slowly building up heat to energize and recharge our mind and body for the day. All levels are welcomed in this class.
