This high intensity barre class will give you a 60 minute, full body barre workout. Please don't forget to bring a large towel and a water bottle. All other attributes are available in the studio (Kleine Houtstraat 21, Haarlem).

In order to start on time please make sure to be there 10 minutes before class starts! Also please add in some minutes to park your bike in one of the alleys, or around Spaarne.

Über

Mireille has a background in classical ballet and studied at the National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam. Nowadays she is teaching various movement classes. Mireille was trained in teaching pilates, yoga and barre. At the barre, Mireille has found the perfect combination of strength, sculpting and energizing movements. You will notice her classical background in her classes, in which she likes to incorporate some more ballet style moves!
