In Pilates Flow gaat het om de samenwerking tussen body en mind. We leren om met de juiste ademhaling en focus aan onze strength en core stability te werken. We concentreren ons op bepaalde spiergroepen (buik, rug en benen) in plaats van op individuele spieren. Je eindigt de les zoals je van ons gewend bent: compleet ontspannen!

*In Pilates Flow it is all about the collaboration between body and mind. With the right way of breathing and focus we work on our strength and core stability. We concentrate on specific muscle groups (core, back and legs) instead of individual muscles. You will end the class like you are used to from us: completely relaxed!

What happens if you cancel less than 12h or miss your reservation?

For a single class and class cards users - your class credit will be used, no refund
For a membership users - a no show will be noted as late cancelation, after 3 late cancelations you will not be able to reserve a class until the end of current month
