Sensual Dance

Are you ready to tap into your sensual side and find your unique flow? This expressive class is perfect for you! We'll make space for freestyling, exploration, and finding your own flow.

All levels are welcome; we'll focus on floorwork techniques, flow exercises, and tricks that you can add your own twist to. We'll add fun challenges to get out of our heads and tune into our bodies and end the class with a choreography or sequence to combine everything we've learned. What to wear: something comfortable, and it's advisable to wear knee pads for your own protection and comfort, or at least long pants or leggings so you can slide freely over the floor. You can dance in your socks, or wear heels. Being barefoot also works fine if you’re comfortable with that. This class is a safe space to heal and enjoy yourself! So, come and join us!
