In this class, we will focus on learning some amazing Heels Pole Tricks and combos that you can incorporate into a choreography. You will learn individual tricks as well as combinations that you can incorporate into your own Heels Pole choreography. Don't forget to bring your Pleasers and knee pads. This class is designed for those with a pre-intermediate level of experience.

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
