This is a medium to high intensity class with creative sequences practiced in a heated room of 33-35°C. A practice for all levels – with options for more advanced yogis to deepen their practice.

Each of our Vinyasa Flow class targets physical strength and flexibility throughout the entire body. While maintaining a clear focus on alignment and awareness of breath, our Vinyasa Flow will increase physical and mental discipline. Expect to get your heart rate up in this uplifting class.

It took one vinyasa class four years ago to get me interested in yoga. The combination of a great, caring teacher and the emphasis of connecting the movement to the breath left me feeling calmer and more at ease than I had ever felt. Now, as a teacher, my classes focus on moving mindfully with the breath, whilst still having some fun and not taking it too seriously. I appreciate the beauty (and also the challenge) of remaining equanimous as well as the non-competitive nature of yoga and hope to help portray this message in my classes so that everyone can leave a class feeling calm and ok "where they are today".
