Barre Burn - "Ignite your power and Embrace the burn"

"The whole barre journey started for me almost 2 years ago when i first moved from Greece to Amsterdam in order to study Psychology. I was always passionate about moving my body and exercising and had already tried a lot of different styles of exercise back then. However, it was not until I arrived in Amsterdam that I tried barre for the first time. I still remember finishing my first class feeling amazed about it. I was always searching for a class that will challenge me and my limits will make my legs shake but, at the same time, it would also be respectful of my body. This combination is exactly what I loved in barre and almost a year after I decided to do the training myself in order to be able to make other people love it the way I did. During the last year Iam teaching as many classes as I can fit into my 'university schedule' and each one of them I enjoy as much as I did with my first one. People joining my classes should expect challenge, shake, toning and most importantly, respect."
