ENG - The natural antidote to busy city life. Yin is a slow-paced, meditative practice that uses deep stretches to stimulate relaxation and flexibility. Poses are held for longer periods of time, between 2-7 minutes. Perfect to relax the body, calm down your nervous system, and let the dust in your mind settle. Practiced in a comfortable 25-27°C thanks to our infrared heating.

NL - Yin is een langzame, meditatieve practice die diepe stretch-oefeningen gebruikt om ontspanning en flexibiliteit te stimuleren. Poses worden voor langere tijd vastgehouden, tussen de 2-7 minuten. Perfect om het lichaam te ontspannen, je zenuwstelsel te kalmeren en monkey mind te verstillen.
