This yin yoga session is suitable for all levels. We will wake up the body by staying in the yoga poses for 3.5 to 5 minutes. The effect is as after a meditation, you will feel relaxed, but focused to start the day!

In order to benefit optimally from the session, please have a blanket, towel that you can roll-up and some cushions as 'props'. These are helpful to relax the muscles as much as possible, so the connective tissue gets stretched.

Online stream

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:

  • This studio uses Zoom as their streaming provider to online stream their activities. Download the according software or app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
  • The access to the online stream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. You can find the link for the online stream in your online profile under “My bookings”. With a click on “Join online stream now” you will be forwarded to the corresponding page and you join the activity online!
  • Specific streaming providers, e.g. Zoom, allow participants to see each other through the video camera. If you do not want to show yourself or the personal environment, you can deactivate the camera function or cover the camera. The name you enter when you join the online meeting room will be shown to other participants. However, you can change your name at any time (e.g. only specify the initials).


As Yin yoga teacher, I love to contribute to a healthy lifestyle, pain free excercising and a good quality night rest for the participants of the yoga sessions. Yoga has become an important part of my life in the last few years and supports me to cope with the daily life stress, allowing me to go to the Rest and Digest mode of the Central Nervous system, sleeping well with sufficient restorative deep sleep and keeping my lower back healthy. In 2019 I followed a yoga teacher training in India to deepen my own practice and learn more about yoga. In 2020 I followed a 9 month Yin Yoga Teacher training at the New Yoga School in Amsterdam. I love to learn something new everyday and keep researching sleep studies and learn about our physiology and anatomy to support the students in the classes to get most out of their session.

Cancellation conditions

You can cancel the session up to 8 hours beforehand and rebook the session.
