Yin + Sound Bath 90

Yin yoga invites us to the art of not doing. The poses are mainly done sitting down and lying down, and held for minutes at a time. This allows our bodies to relax the muscles while we stimulate the connective tissues to rejuvenate and invite the energetic currents in the body to restore any dryness.

The soundbath with crystal singing bowls afterwards has a calming effect that brings you in a deep state of meditation, almost instantly. The vibrations the crystal bowls produce can be felt with the whole body. It's like a subtle massage. Must try!
