Pol'ography

With a combination of techniques from contemporary dance and pole moves, you’ll learn how to move more gracefully and execute and finish your moves cleanly and with elegance. During this class you will work on making beautiful lines with your body, your sense of musicality, and expression with the use of the pole. For this class, it is required to know the basics of pole dancing.

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
