Ashtanga Full Primary Led

Doors open at 06.15 — please do not arrive before 06.15. When you arrive please place your mat, do what you need to do and then sit on your mat; breath and centre yourself as you wait for the class to begin. The class should begin by or before 06.30, that means if you’re running a bit late then we will wait until 06.30 before beginning with the opening mantra. Doors close before we chant the mantra and we begin with the led class right after we chant. Please do not disrupt the energy of the class by arriving after we chant the opening mantra. We hope that this is clear. Thank you!

A full primary series led class includes Sanskrit vinyasa count and naming of asanas. You are expected to know the series before attending the class. You will learn the sequence in the correct order with the correct vinyasa.

Not practicing the full primary series? No problem! You’re still very much welcome. You will stop at your last asana and join in with the vinyasas to keep your body warm. You can sit and breath or take child’s pose in between vinyasas. You’ll be asked to join back in for the backbends and finishing sequence.

Classes are automatically cancelled 2 hours in advance if there are less than 2 participants signed up. Please do not show up without a reservation.
