Family Yoga

Toddlers between the ages of 3-6 years old. One caregiver/parent per child Tickets are to be purchased for each participant, so every adult and child will need to be signed up separately.

Playfully connect with your toddler and your own inner child on the mat. Partner with your toddler in fun, animated poses as we embark on a yoga adventure that your child will never forget! Forming our bodies into a pyramid, hissing together in cobra pose and fluttering our butterfly wings as we stretch, sing, balance, twist, bend and play!

We'll plant lots of seeds for connection, courage, kindness and finding our calm. Through conscious play we cultivate body awareness, self-regulation, sharing, and the bond between parent & child all while strengthening growing muscles and exploring our imaginations.

This class is 90 minutes with 45 minutes of playful poses and 15 minutes of lap to nap time. We end the session sharing experiences with water and tea. You are welcome to bring your own snacks.
