45 min. kettlebell class. During the Covid-19 period we strictly follow the RIVM rules. What we do to keep everybody safe:
- STAY HOME WHEN SICK!!!!!
- Keep 1.5m distance all the time, also from our instructors.
- Max. 12 participants per class 45 min. classes, so we have 15 minutes to clean and switch groups Training with gloves is recommended
- Use your common sense
