Restorative Flow

Joyful, renewed, lighthearted. That’s how Selma felt when she stepped out of her first yoga class a couple of years ago in a cozy studio situated in the vast city of São Paulo, Brazil. One hour and something of weird poses mingled with Sanskrit mantras and the help of an inspiring teacher was about to change her life. She wanted more and she found out yoga was way much deeper than only the physical practice. Her passion was growing alongside her practice and moving to Amsterdam in 2016 was the perfect trigger for her to take the next step and dive completely into the world of yoga. So Selma took her chance: she completed a Vinyasa training in 2017 and started teaching right away. And she hasn’t stopped since then. The same passion that drove her here is the one that she tries to take to each class, in every movement, in every breath, with careful attention for all students, whether pure fresh or long time yogi. In the end, she hopes that everyone leaves the class joyful, renewed, and lighthearted and that they get inspired to build a beautiful and honest relationship with themselves through yoga.
