GYROKINESIS®

Waves, spirals, figures of eight’s.. Gyrokinesis ® classes are composed of a series of circular and joyful sequences, wherein each movement flows into the next, creating balance and stability, gifting fluidity. Based on the same principles of the Gyrotonic® method, Gyrokinesis® is performed without the equipment, using just a mat and a chair. During this weekly class we will learn and execute the typical movements and sequences, breathing patterns and principles of the Gyrokinesis® method.
